Monova GTM for Private Beta

Pre-GTM

Step 1 : Define the problem & the context

Problem & Context : People today are not sure about what they should be wearing and what they should be buying. More than 70% of their wardrobes are unutilized and they take on average 17 minutes daily just to decide what to wear. When it comes to shopping, people are just overwhelmed by the number of options. They buy clothing pieces without thinking how well it goes with their personality, lifestyle and most important of all how well it fits into their wardrobe.

We launched our AI Stylist in Aug 24. It was a prototype and was more of a POC to understand, whether people feel the need of such solution. It was a very basic version which gave people impression what exactly AI Stylist is capable of, but what it lacked was that it didn’t fully solve for any JTBD of what to wear and what to buy. Hence, we are now launching our APP V1, where we have an AI Stylist and Digital wardrobe solving fully for one of our JTBD, that is, what to wear.

Step 2 : Define the goal of the GTM

  • Get 200 beta sign-ups in first 7 days, identifying bugs and then launching the public version of App by 31st March 2025.
  • Start creating the buzz in the market in these 2 weeks about Monova that we are live (though somewhat but will give an impression that we are out in the market) by asking users to post about us on socials.

Step 3 : List down all the input levers to that goal.

We started building the community of fashion enthusiasts in Feb and already have 50 people in the community with target of having 100 members by March end.

Additionally we have access to communities like GrowthX, BHX, Builder’s Club, Razorpay Rize, The Indian Startup Community, Build3 which have combined base of more than 10k professionals.
